U.S. Coast Guard (USCG) regulations require all boats up to 39.4’ to carry an “efficient sound signal” device. This whistle is capable of high-decibel sound production when wet or dry. The whistle can be easily attached to the wrist cord and floats if dropped in water. Key ring included for securing keys to cord.
